**** Courtney, the Manager told me she would investigate my complaints and never called me back. She had a Kennel Cough infection, an injured right leg, an ear infection and had lost 5 pounds!!! **** I requested reimbursement for my Vet bill of $287.00 for her leg injury due to neglect, no bath, no washing of her beds, not feeding her properly. She could not even get into my car without assistance. * When I reported these issues to the front desk staff, they told me they had not observed this. When I picked her up, she smelled like a garbage dump! * I was told that I should have called first before coming to get her? * Her bedding was given back to me without being washed. * I was told that the camera's don't reach into the corners of the rooms!!? * I paid for her to have a $30.00 bath prior to pickup. * I had my friends looking for her too (on their stupid APP.) They said the same thing! Could not find her in the huge crowd of dogs.

Here is what happened * I never saw my Missy on camera until 10:00 or 11:00 am.

I should have been suspicious when I visited the location and observed stressed out employees openly complaining about being short-staffed that morning. I left her in the Mount Juliet, TN location due to a family emergency that required me to fly to CA. My dog, Missy is an amazing, very sweet Giant Schnauzer. The employees are untrained and there are way too many dogs assigned to a thread-bare number of humans that are required to supervise. Their business model is to hire inexperienced kids for super cheap. My failure was when I did not look at their national reviews. THE OWNER TYLER and HIS MANAGER COURTNEY do not CARE about your dog!!!!!! This FRANCHISE is just as bad as all the others ACROSS THE NATION. This would certainly bring a LOT of benefit for CBW Team Members up front, particularly at checkout and these abilities would minimize their need to charge a customer and have other customers waiting during peak time.Mount Juliet, TN - Camp Bow Wow. The favorite option is pretty much useless.Ģ years without an update is ridiculous, CBW stopped in time and is not really focusing on their customer.Ī mobile app for CBW could have so much potential to allow Customers to check they pre-paid days balance, get reminders when running out and even allowing us to purchase more day care packages or even an auto-purchase when balance reaches certain amount of days. Prior to iOS 16, the full screen was cropping the video depending on the phone screen size (and it shouldn’t).Īlso it would be SO SIMPLE to auto load the cameras from a preferred selected location. The video doesn’t adjust on portrait/landscape correctly after updating to iOS 16.
